Abstract:
ATtain-O3 aims to provide Austrian policymakers tailored projections for surface ozone air quality and related health and eco-nomic impacts up to 2050. The effect of climate warming and changes in precursor emissions on surface ozone production and abundance will be assessed through chemistry-transport modelling. Targeted economic analyses will assess economic consequences of changes in attainment status and precursor emission reductions in the agriculture, health, and transport sectors.
