Abstract:
In PlanVision, the regulatory framework for spatial planning in Austria is assessed with regard to energy efficiency. the need for action and possible courses of action for a modification of the spatial planning framework as well as key points for legal changes are identified. Changes may include new spatial planning instruments, an extension of current instruments or a reinterpretation of current instruments, which enter spatial planning guidelines with respect to energy efficiency.
