Abstract:

The development goal is a sustainable linking of e-mobility services and sharing models in the first / last mile with public transport, in order, through developing offers and services, to extend the range of services offered by public transport. For a comprehensive public transport business it is absolutely imperative to develop resource planning and accounting tools in connection with the very different forms of emobility that can be used throughout Austria. This means that the requisite base elements will be developed and demonstrated in the research project which can be used in the future throughout Austria, without discrimination by public transport providers and local authorities. The focal points of development in the project therefore deal with the resource planning and accounting systems and easy access to e-mobility for public transport users, as well as the integration of both transport services to create a new integrated transport facility and should achieve a high degree of customer satisfaction
