Abstract:
For the development of report of Kyoto measures, steering of settlement and firm location is important. In order to contribute to resource and climate protection, the Province of Salzburg has proposed a program for efficient use of land and space. This projects intends to investigate by means of examples how different development options lead to different settlement structures and in how far an ordered and traffic avoiding settlement development can contribute to climate protection.
